GoGlowe, Inc. currently offers USPS 1st Class Mail shipping for all US orders with the ability to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. Most packages hit their destination in the United States between 4-5 business days for 1st Class service and 2-3 days for Priority. Packages are issued a tracking number so that we can attempt to verify delivery if needed. Orders placed Monday through Thursday generally ship the following day, with orders placed on Friday shipping the following Monday. In most instances, you will receive an “Order Complete” e-mail with USPS tracking information back to your original order e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot dictate delivery instructions for your packages such as “leave by the back door” so please have us ship to a safe, valid address. GoGlowe, Inc. also offers USPS 1st Class International Mail shipping for all Canadian orders with the ability to upgrade to USPS Priority International Mail. Orders outside of North America will be shipped using USPS 1st Class International Mail. Please allow 7-21 business days for the delivery of orders shipping outside of the United States.
If any product manufactured by GoGlowe, Inc. fails due to workmanship or a material defect we will repair or replace, at our option, for a period of ONE YEAR beyond the original purchase date. Your proof of purchase may be required. Please save a copy of your original invoice. GoGlowe, Inc. also offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Glowe product you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges for up to 30 days after the date of the original sale. Any refunds will be issued back to the same payment method that you used for the original purchase and the time it takes to receive the refund will depend in part on your specific card issuer’s policies. We strive to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible.
To receive return instructions and a return authorization number under this policy, please email support@goglowe.com and provide us with your full name, order number and purchase date. Any returns that arrive without a return authorization are subject to refusal.
